What SheCooked App is

SheCooked App reads the description of a cooking video you paste in and turns it into a recipe you can plan and shop from. It is a personal cooking tool, not a publisher.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You can delete your account at any time from this screen, and your recipes go with it.

Recipes and other people's videos

Recipes are read from the description the creator published. The recipe belongs to whoever made the video; every recipe here keeps a link back to it. Use them to cook, not to republish someone else's work as your own.

What we don't promise

Extraction is automatic and can be wrong — amounts especially. Check a recipe against the video before you cook it, and use your own judgement on allergens, raw ingredients and cooking temperatures. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will suit any particular purpose.

Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law, to hammer it with automated requests, or to import content you have no right to. We can close accounts that do.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
